POPCORN FUNDRAISER
Our Popcorn fundraiser has begin. If each family can sell just 2 items we can make our budget balance for the year.
All orders and money is due Oct 25th. Then I have to submit the consolidated order, and we will receive the popcorn around Nov 16th. Then you can deliver it back to your customers.
There is a Trails End App! In Google Play Store for Android and the Apple Store for iPhone.
The app will allow you to record orders and also take credit card payments.

You can also set up your account for taking web orders. Which is useful if you have family who live far away. Orders placed online through the website will be shipped direct to the customer. As long as they order through your scout's link, or use your scout's code, your scout will get credit for the sale.
Rewards!
As long as your scout is registered with Trails end, and gets the orders in on time: scouts can earn gift cards from Amazon. See the info sheet and table of rewards here.
If a scout sells $1,200, they will receive their annual membership for free the next time it comes up. For many of you that is January, for some it is next September. More info here.
Things to bring on a campout

Bring a tent(s) for your family (let me know if you need to borrow a tent, or if you have extras to loan)
Sleeping bags for each person. You may want an additional blanket.
Pillow.
A foam pad or air mattress is recommended to insulate you from the ground- some people prefer a cot.
Change of clothes.
Jacket.
Some people may want a knit cap or gloves- we will be outside.
Water bottle.
Flashlight.
Mug or cup.
Rain gear or poncho.
Folding camp chair is a good idea.
